GSSSB AAE Electrical Exam Pattern 2025

According to the notification, the recruitment test will be conducted in one stage through Computer Based Response Test (CBRT) / OMR. The paper will have two parts (Part A & Part B).

GSSSB AAE Electrical Salary 2025

  • First 5 Years: Fixed Pay of ₹49,600/- per month
  • After Probation: Pay Level-7, ₹39,900 – ₹1,26,900 (7th Pay Commission)

Additional allowances like DA, HRA, and other Gujarat Govt. benefits will be applicable.

  • Click on Advertisement No. 362/2025-26 for Assistant Additional Engineer (Electrical), Class-III.
  • Click More Details to read the full notification.
  • Then click Apply Now to begin your application.

Step 3: Fill Personal Details

  • Enter your details in the Personal Information section.
  • Fields marked with (*) are mandatory.
  • Note: One Time Registration (OTR) is only a supportive module. It does not count as applying.

Step 4: Fill Educational Details

  • Enter your correct educational qualifications.

Step 5: Assurance Section

  • Read the terms carefully and select Yes to accept.
  • Click Save.
  • An Application Number will be generated – keep it safe.

Step 6: Upload Photo and Signature

  • Photo size: 5 cm (height) × 3.6 cm (width)
  • Signature size: 2.5 cm (height) × 7.5 cm (width)
  • Format: JPG, File Size ≤ 15 KB
  • The photo must be a passport size with white background, clicked within the last one year.
  • The same photo and signature will be used throughout the recruitment process.

Step 7: Confirm the Application

  • Go to Confirm Application.
  • Enter your Application Number & Date of Birth.
  • Check all details carefully.
  • Once you click Confirm, no further changes will be allowed.
  • A Confirmation Number will be generated – keep it safe.

Step 8: Print the Application Form

  • Click on Print Application.

GSSSB AAE (Electrical) Recruitment 2025 – Examination Fee Details

1. Examination Fee Standard

As per the General Administration Department circular dated 31/01/2024, the examination fee structure for all direct recruitment exams conducted by GSSSB will be as follows:

2. Mode of Payment

  • Fee payment must be made only through online mode after obtaining the Confirmation Number on OJAS.
  • Candidates can pay through:
    • Debit Card
    • Internet Banking
    • UPI
    • Wallets
  • A receipt will be generated after successful payment, which candidates must download and keep safely.

3. Last Date for Fee Payment

  • The last date to pay the fee is 12/10/2025, up to 11:59 PM.
  • After the last date, the fee link will be disabled automatically.
  • Late fees will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Notes

  • Candidates must download and keep a copy of the payment receipt. If no receipt is generated, the fee payment will not be considered valid.
  • Exam fee is accepted only through the prescribed online methods. Any other payment mode will not be accepted.
  • Refund of Examination Fee:
    • Candidates who appear for the exam will get a refund through the same payment mode they used.
    • Candidates who do not appear for the exam will not get a refund.
  • If a candidate’s application is cancelled for any reason, the exam fee will not be refunded.
