1. Nationality
Applicants must be:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came before 1 January 1962, or
- A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, or East African countries.
2. Age Limit (as on 1 July 2025)

- Maximum Age: 30 years
