VNSGU Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

1. Junior Clerk/Typist

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a UGC-recognized university.
• Certificate in Basic Computer Application from a recognized institute as per GAD resolutions No. CRR-10-2007-120320-G.5 dated 13-08-2008 and 18-03-2016.

Desirable Skills:

• Good computer proficiency for data operations.
• Proficiency in Gujarati and English typing.

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass C.C.C. (Course on Computer Concepts) and Hindi/Gujarati Higher Level Examination during the probation period (if not already passed).

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

2. Junior Stenographer

Educational Qualification:

• Any Graduate from a UGC-recognized university.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications as per Government norms.
• Adequate knowledge of Gujarati and English.
• Proficiency in English Stenography (90 w.p.m) or Gujarati Stenography (60 w.p.m).
  Preference will be given to candidates having proficiency in both.

Desirable:

• Typing skills in Gujarati and English.
• Candidates must pass C.C.C. and language exams during the contractual period (if not done earlier).

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
