(A Govt. of India Enterprise) Schedule ‘A’ Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Railways, is a premier multidisciplinary consultancy organization in the field of transport, infrastructure and other related technologies. RITES Limited is inviting applications for Apprenticeship Training Program for the Financial Year 2021-22 from Degree (Engineering, Non engineering), Diploma and ITI Pass-out candidates. During the period of Apprenticeship, the candidates will be governed by the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended from time to time) and commensurate policies/rules of the Organization.

3.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

RITES RECRUITMENT 2021

• Candidates should Possess 60% marks in aggregate for General & EWS candidates and 50% marks in aggregate in case of OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/PWD in respective discipline against reserved vacancies.
• Candidates  awaiting for the results are not eligible.
• Candidates who have passed Engineering degree/ Engineering diploma during 2018 or after are only eligible (For more details please refer Para 2.3.4 of the NATS Process Manual on http://mhrdnats.gov.in/sites/default/files/NATS_process_manual_2.2.pdf).
• While in case of ITI and Non-Engineering candidates, there is no restriction in the year of passing.
• Candidates should  not  have done any Apprenticeship Training in past or pursuing any Apprenticeship Training.
• Candidates having job experience of more than one year are not eligible for Apprenticeship Training.
• Date of Birth in SSC or Matriculation/ Aadhar card/Driving License etc will be only considered valid for determining Age in which the age is clearly mentioned.

5.APPLICATION  FEES:

6.HOW TO APPLY

RITES RECRUITMENT 2021

• Online Application will start from 22 th April 2021  till  12 th May  2021.
• Before applying the Engineering Degree/Diploma candidates should be registered on BOAT through NATS Portal (www.mhrdnats.gov.in).
• Before applying the ITI Pass or Graduate BA, BBA/B Com pass candidates should be registered on  apprenticeshipindia.org NAPS portal.
• Visit the official link given for applying.
• Once you are registered on apprenticeship portal the candidates need to submit the details of registration and other relevant details by clicking the link (https://forms.gle/vQk548kzhQKyARxZA).
• After that Candidates need to submit the scanned copy of the following documents in one pdf file on email ID ritesapprenticerecruitment2021@gmail.com on or before the closing date of vacancy i.e. 12.05.2021.
• PDF which is to be submitted should consist of Application form (given in the official notification), Essential qualification certificates, ID Proof, DOB proof and  Caste certificate.

7.SELECTION PROCESS

RITES RECRUITMENT 2021

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in the essential qualification mentioned for particular discipline.
• The merit will be prepared according to the marks.
• If  same percentage is there for two candidates, the candidates with higher age will  be preferred first.
• The shortlisted candidates will be informed through emails and list will be uploaded on the website.
