Gujarat High Court was established 01 May 1960 under the Act of Bombay Reorganisation. High court is situated in Sola, Ahmedabad City. The present Chief justice of Gujarat is Shri Vikram Nath. At Present Gujarat High Court Strength is 30 Out of 52 Sanctioned Strength (39 Permanent post and 13 Additional Post). The judges of High Court are appointed by the President of India after the recommendation Of Supreme Court Collegium.
